The New Concert Series Debuts Friday, September 26
Pack your lunch and join Skidaway Community Church’s music director Nick Klemetson for Sound Bites: Lunchtime Lectures and Live Music — the perfect midday mix of learning and listening. This lunch hour event will feature a bite-sized educational talk on musical works and the composers who created them, followed by a live performance of the work. Participants are encouraged to bring their brown bag lunch or snack to nibble on during the lecture portion in Liston Hall and enjoy the brief concert in the beautiful sanctuary setting of Skidaway Community Church.
The concert series debuts on Friday, September 26 with The “Suite” Smell of (Baroque) Success featuring Edvard Grieg’s Holberg Suite, op. 40.
