SCC Welcomes Program Director

Director of Children, Youth, and Adult Programs

For the preceding decade, Dr. Joseph John Crotty IV was a special education teacher at The Wheatley School in Long Island, New York. While working in education, he taught a diverse array of disciplines including English, Social Studies, and Mathematics, while also providing instruction in a myriad of teaching models. In addition, Dr. Crotty has earned a BA in History from Molloy College, a MS in Adolescent Education from Long Island University, a MA in History from Long Island University, and Ed.D in Instructional Leadership from St. John’s University.

Dr. Crotty comes to Skidaway Community Church in hopes of advancing the congregation’s goals and ministry, while also pursuing a personal goal of transitioning into a religious vocation.

When he’s not working, Dr. Crotty enjoys hanging out with his wife, Angelica, his two dogs, Timo and Diana, and his three cats, Kora, Nahla, and Juniper.
