For more than 40 years, Emmaus House has been Savannah’s only unrestricted soup kitchen, welcoming every guest with compassion and respect. Open each weekday, they serve more than 40,000 hot meals annually, while also offering clean clothing, showers, and a place of respite for those experiencing homelessness or hardship. Their work depends on volunteers and community partners who make this ministry of hospitality and care possible.
