Fall 2025 Women’s Bible Study

Tuesdays | 10 am or 6:30 pm

Kickoff Meeting August 19, 6:30 pm, Liston Hall

Idols aren’t always what you think.

Often, idols are obvious—money, power, fame. But subtler idols can sometimes take the form of sweet loved ones, Instagramable interiors, and busy seasons of ministry. If your heart is prioritizing any of those pursuits before God, they are taking up space meant for Him alone.

This 8-week women’s Bible study featuring Kelly Minter’s No Other Gods: The Unrivaled Pursuit of Christ aims to deepen faith and encourage women to pursue Christ above all else. Each session will include video-based teaching, group discussion, and personal reflection.

The study will begin with a Kickoff Meeting for all participants on Tuesday, August 19 at 6:30 pm. Register at the link below.

Saturday Mornings  |  8 am

Skidaway Community Church, Liston Hall

Laughter, comradery, and thoughtful perspective are the norm Saturday mornings at SCC’s Men’s Bible Study, led by Pastor Jon. This Bible study meets in the church library each Saturday morning throughout the year.

Though we are presently studying the New Testament book of Acts, Old Testament books are also discussed. As we approach the end of each book, members make suggestions about what we will study next. Then, we arm wrestle to determine whose book will be chosen.

We would love to welcome you! No arm wrestling required.
